Note 1 : Works only at some locations, e.g. at the end of level 2 at the wall below the "skull gate".

Note 2 : Use this code in levels 1 & 2 only. Lara will mutate into a siamese triplet that can shoot off body parts.
Switch it off with the Y button.

Note 3 : You cannot walk properly using this code.

Note 4 : Face any vertical wall and press X, then hold UP & A button. You might need several tries to learn the timing.
Be careful: the higher you climb the deeper you will fall !
