Chapter 1: Prelude
========================================================================
From the start, walk left and around the path to reach the village of 
Coralcola. Talk to everyone, including the pig, and then go into the 
large hut on the far left of the village and talk to Chief Coralcola. He 
will tell you that the night before, your uncle, Dr. J, was abducted. He 
will ask you to help. Agree to help and he will give you your first 
weapon, the Yoyo. Leave and talk to the guard in front of the hut to the 
upper right. Inside, the Shaman will tell you about your journey. Now you 
will enter the cavern.

Island Tunnel
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Inside, head up one screen and dispose of the slugs. Go up another screen 
and defeat more slugs. In the next room, hop on the blocks to go right 
and defeat the slugs. Hop on the block to the bottom right to make a 
switch appear. Hop on the switch to open the door. Jump to the top of the 
screen, defeat the rat, and exit to the next screen. Go all the way to 
the right and defeat the rats along the way. Go to the top and hop across 
the blocks to the left. When you reach the door, hop down one block to 
make a switch appear to the left. Hop on the switch to open the door. In 
the next room, defeat all of the enemies to open the door. In the next 
room, jump up two blocks. Both of the blocks together open switches. 
Don't worry about the rooms they open. Instead, go to the top and hit the 
block to the upper left. Hop on the switch it opens and enter the next 
room. In the next room, hit the upper right block of the first four 
blocks. Now hop on the switch it opens to open the chest. Collect the 
fire. Now jump on the lower right of the next four to make a switch 
appear. Hop on it to open the door. Defeat all of the enemies in the next 
room and enter the next one. Go to the top of the screen and jump on all 
of the blocks. Hit all three switches and get the fire from the left. Now 
go to the passage to the far right. Enter the next room and jump over to 
get the potion. Hop on the bottom block on the right to make a switch at 
the top of the screen appear. Hit it and enter the door that appears at 
the top. Get another potion and go back. You can get another switch in 
this room and go up again, but it's instant death. Go back down one 
screen and then left. Quickly defeat the snake and go left. Defeat the 
next snake and go up to hit the blocks again. Hit the first switch to 
open the next door. In the next room, defeat all of the enemies to open 
the next room. In the next room is the C-Serpent!

Boss: C-Serpent
------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are five blocks in this room. You will be safe on the left and 
right blocks. Jump on the center block and throw fire at the boss when it 
opens its mouth. If it shoots fire, quickly jump to safety. Sometime it 
will bluff and not shoot fire when it opens. Learn to tell when it does 
this and you can get lots of extra hits in. Hit it with a few barrages of 
fire and it will go down. Now go up one screen and hop on the single 
block and a switch will appear. Hop on it and enter the new opening. You 
will find the exit in the next room. Now that you're back on the map, 
follow the path around to find Baboo, Dr. J's assistant. He will tell you 
that Dr. J has a submarine calle the Sub-C. The ID code for it is 1492. 
Baboo would like to tell you more about the abduction, but something is 
definitely bothering him. Enter Sub-C to meet Nav-Com. The ID number will 
enter automatically and you will ship off with the islanders watching on.

Chapter 2: Dolphins
========================================================================
Head right and you will be confronted by a mother dolphin. She will ask 
you to locate her missing child. Agree to help and head further right. 
When you see the tunnel, go through it and dock the sub at the port. 
Enter the lighthouse and talk to the keeper. He will tell you to visit 
his wife at their house. Re-enter the sub and look for where the water is 
spraying from the walls. Go though the two walls to the right and port. 
Enter the house and she will tell you that she saw a bottle on the beach. 
Go south of the house onto the sand and follow it up and to the right. 
When you get to a dead end, go left to find a secret passage through the 
rocks. Follow it to get to the bottle. Read the note inside to find that 
Dr. J was kidnapped by aliens. You will also get the sub code 1776. Enter 
the sub and Nav-Com will enter the code. You can now go underwater by 
pressing B. You can only dive on the areas with the black waves. Go up 
and dive and then dive again when you surface. Enter the tunnel and port 
the sub. Before you enter the tunnel to the upper right, go down to the 
left of the Big Heart. Walk into the rocks to find a secret passage. Get 
the Heart and then exit the passage, and then go north to the tunnel.

Octo's Lair
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go up one screen and go right. Defeat the mudfish and jump over the hole. 
Hit the next mudfish and collect the bat to your right. Now go up one 
screen. Hit the bats and then head left. Jump across the holes, but be 
careful of the blocks, they submerge. Defeat the enemies along the way 
and enter the next screen. Hop across the next room, but be careful of 
the mudfish. Defeat the one in front of you and quickly turn because one 
will appear behind you. Now continue on to the next room and kill all of 
the bats. Now go up a screen. Defeat the starfish and head left. Jump 
across the blocks and defeat all of the octopi. Jump on the block to the 
left of the submerging block to make a switch appear. Hop on it and go 
north to enter the next room. Go left and defeat the snakes. When you 
reach the wall, go up and look for the shadow to the right. Walk into 
that part of the wall and defeat the bat. Get the double heart and the 
bat. Hop on the lower right block and walk to the top of the screen. Walk 
through the wall, defeat the bat, and jump on the switch. Enter the new 
door and use a bat to quickly defeat the starfish. Go to the next room 
and watch out for the pufferfish and the projectiles they spit at you. 
Now jump left across the blocks and kill the octopi. Enter the door that 
opens and get the two hearts in the next room. Go up the four blocks at 
the top and jump on the lower right one to make a switch appear. Hop on 
it to open the door. You only have to kill one certain bat in this room 
to open the door. When you find it, go into the next room and quickly use 
a baseball bat to defeat the starfish. Now find the shadow on the right 
wall and walk through it. Jump on the right block to open a switch to the 
left. Hop on it to open the chest and get the Magic Snowman. Hit the 
block at the top to make another switch appear. Hit it to open the door. 
In the next room, defeat all of the octopi and continue on. In the next 
room you will see one octopus and the baby dolphin. Kill the octopus to 
continue. Now you will face Octo the Huge.

Boss: Octo the Huge
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Octo will be out of your range at first and it will fire ink pellets at 
you. Jump back and forth across the blocks and when he comes in close, 
use a Magic Snowman to freeze it. Now rapidly fire away with your yoyo. 
When it gets defrosted enough, quickly use the other Magic Snowman and 
continue firing. If you're lucky, you can quickly defeat Octo before he 
can get away. Now the dolphin will swim away and you will reappear on the 
map.

Reenter the sub and the dolphin will thank you. Now Nav-Com will call the 
dolphins mother and she will thank you and show you the way out. Your 
journey will now continue.

Chapter 3: Storm and Calm
========================================================================
When you awaken, you will discover that Sub-C has been wrecked in the 
storm. Head right and enter the hut and talk to the man and he will 
refill your energy. He then will tell you to travel to Miracola to find 
help for Sub-C. Continue right and enter the tunnel.

Tunnel to Miracola
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go up one screen and defeat the dodos. In the next room, defeat the dodos 
and jump on the upper right block to make a switch appear. Jump on it and 
then over to where the chest was to get some bolas. Go into the next room 
and defeat all of the winged monkeys. Go up into the next room and defeat 
yet more winged monkeys. In the next room is three snakes and a chest. 
Hit the top one though the chest. Hop on the left block and hit the 
switch to open the chest. Quickly trick the snakes into moving and run to 
the top while collecting the bolas. In the next room are three submerging 
blocks with ones on the left and right. The left and right ones are 
switches that make two double hearts appear. Quickly jump to collect them 
and go to the next screen. Let the two dodos come to you and defeat them. 
Now use your bolas to quickly dispose of the skull headed birds. Now go 
left into the next room and take two steps to the left. Jump up to turn 
the lights on. Jump up one more block to make a switch appear. Hit the 
switch to open the door at the top of the room. Do not go left, it is a 
false exit. Take the door you just opened to get to the real exit.

Continue to the north to find Miracola. When you enter the town, talk to 
everyone and then go into the small hut to the right. Talk to the guy 
inside to get your energy refilled. When you exit, go right and talk to 
the man there. Talk to everyone and then talk to the man guarding the big 
hut. He will now allow you to enter. Talk to the chief and he will ask 
for your help. A while ago, many shooting stars came from the sky and his 
daughter, Bananette, has not awaken since. If you help his daughter, he 
will fix the Sub-C. Go around to the top of the hut and go to the top 
left. Walk three steps to the right and press down to find stairs. Talk 
to everyone in the room and then leave. Go to the upper right of town and 
talk to the man there. He will now move and allow you to leave the town. 
Continue to the right to find the next tunnel.

Magma's Molten Tunnel
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go up one room from the start to find six snakes. Trick them into moving 
and defeat them. Go up to the next room to find two skull headed birds. 
Rapidly attack them as fast as you can with your yoyo. Do it from across 
the water to save time. Now a passage to the left opens. This room is in 
the dark. Go all the way left and take one step down. Attack the snake 
and then jump left. Trick all of the snakes into coming down and attack 
them. Now go to where the snakes where going up and down and go up two 
steps and to the left. Kill the octopus and jump twice to the left and up 
once to turn on the lights. Now get the bat and yoyo to the left and go 
into the next room. Quickly kill the flies and then go to the bottom. 
Jump on the block to the left and hit the switch to open the door. Not go 
to the next room and quickly jump across the submerging blocks. Jump to 
the left block to make a double heart appear. Now go to the next room. Go 
down the stairs and the next set of stairs. Now go to the right to the 
next room. Dodge the volcanoes' fire and grab the 1-up Sign. Now jump on 
the upper left block and hit the switch. Go into the next room and 
quickly kill the flies. If you jump on the second block from the left at 
the bottom, a stopwatch will appear. Get it and the flies will stop 
moving. In the next room, watch for the lava beasts that shoot lava at 
you. Avoid them and keep jumping to the right. Jump on the far right 
block to open a switch. Hit it and go up. In the next room, you can go 
left or right. Take the route to the right and jump across the blocks. 
Hit the second block and some bolas will appear. Get them and jump to the 
next room. Continue jumping until you reach three submerging blocks. 
Quickly hop across them and to the next room. Go through this room and 
your will face Magma the Fierce.

Boss: Magma the Fierce
------------------------------------------------------------------------
There are two fireballs circling the left and right areas of the room. 
Along with the barrages of lava that Magma fires at you, you need to do 
some quick hopping here. Your shots will not hurt Magma, so you need to 
find another way to defeat it. There are two switches in this room. You 
can find them by hopping on the block in the upper left corner and the 
block on the lower right of the platform that Magma is on. Hit both of 
the switches and Magma will fall into the water. 

Now hop over to the door that appears on the right. Go up the two sets of 
stairs and up one room to find the exit. The castle that you see when you 
leave the tunnel is Shecola. Men are not allowed into the castle, so 
follow the perimeter and go down the stairs to talk to the fortune 
teller. He can't help you because he dropped his crystal ball in a pond 
near ghost village. Leave the area and go back to the map. Walk up to the 
large group of rocks and find the secret path through them. Inside, go 
down the stairs to get a Big Heart. Now exit the path at the top and go 
left to the little hut which is the Ghost Village. Find the group of 
tombstones to the upper left of the lake and look for the dark purple 
one. Walk into it.

Ghost Tunnel
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go up one room and defeat the dogs. Go into the passage that appears and 
defeat all of the enemies in the next room. Do not go into the top door. 
Instead, go all the way around so you can jump on the far left block. Hop 
on the switch that appears to open a passage at the bottom of the room. 
Take this one. The enemies in this room are invisible, quickly hit the 
block to the right and jump on the switch and exit to the south. The 
mummies are tough so hit them with quick barrages of yoyo hits. Now jump 
on the block, hit the switch, and get the Rod of Sight. Go down one room 
and use the Rod of Sight to make the ghosts appear. Defeat them and then 
hit the block and the switch. Now go down one room and defeat all of the 
skulls. Jump on the upper block next to the right wall and hit the switch 
that appears. Now go into the passage into the next room. Use a Rod of 
Sight and defeat the ghosts. Go down into the next room, not right. 
Defeat the single slug, but don't take the stairs. Instead, kill the 
slug, and walk through the wall to the right of where it was. Hop across 
the submerging block and jump on the block to the upper right of it. Now 
hit the switch and exit to the right. Dodge the volcanoes' lava and hit 
jump on the block. Now hit the switch and go into the next room. This 
room is dark. Avoid the bats and walk all the way to the right. Jump to a 
block and down to a switch. Jump further down into the passage that is 
opened. When the lights now come on, you will get a nasty surprise; four 
mummies and a skull. Hit and run with these guys. Now go down into the 
next room. Use a Rod of Sight and defeat the ghosts. Now go into the room 
to the right. Get the double hearts and potion in this room and then go 
back on room and up two. Hop up one block and jump across the hole in the 
dark. Now jump right and walk through the wall. Jump down and get the Rod 
of Sight. Now jump right and walk up and through the hole in the wall. 
Jump down twice to make a switch appear. Now jump right and up twice to 
open the next door. Jump up again and walk through the wall. Go up and to 
the right next to the wall. Listen to the submerging blocks and time your 
jumps. Jump down twice the first time, the middle block is solid. Now 
jump down twice again. Walk left and up and then jump to the right. Jump 
up once and go right into the next room. In the next room, hands will pop 
up out of the ground and throw objects at you. When one appears, jump up 
or down and attack them from the side. Defeat two of them and the next 
room opens. Go into it and avoid the enemies. Just jump up to the next 
screen at the top. Defeat the dogs and go up another screen. Jump on the 
left block to make a stopwatch appear. Get it and destroy the mummies. 
Now go up again and get the double hearts. Of the top four blocks, jump 
on the bottom right one and hit the switch. Head north again and go into 
the left room. Defeat the hands and jump on the upper left block. Get the 
Rod of Sight and head right one room. Use a Rod of Sight and defeat the 
ghosts. Go right into the new passage and use another Rod. Defeat more 
ghosts and head right again. Defeat the dogs to open the next room, but 
do not leave yet. Jump on the upper right block to make some Magic 
Mirrors appear. Get them and move on. Use the mirrors to reflect the 
wizards attacks back at them in the next room. Now continue to the right 
and jump right into trouble: a room full of mummies! One single one is 
the key to the door. Defeat them until the door opens at the bottom and 
go down. In the next room, get the bola and hit the jump on the block. 
Hit the switch to open the door. In the next room, use the mirrors on the 
wizards again. After they are gone, kill the skulls to open the next 
door. Before you leave, go to the blocks at the right and jump on the 
bottom one to get a Rod of Sight to appear. Get it and now go through the 
door. It's boss time!!

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Boss: Maxie
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Use a Rod of Sight to make Maxie visible to you. Watch out for the ghosts 
the attack and the volcanoes in the back. Rapidly hit Maxie with bolas 
until it starts to move quickly. Now stand at one edge and nail Maxie 
twice when it's close to win. 

Now go into the left room and jump on the block. Hit the switch and go 
up. In the next room, jump on the top block three times to drain the 
lake. When you reappear in the graveyard, the crystal ball is in your 
sight. Grab it and go back to the fortune teller. Now, much to Mike's 
embarrassment, you will be changed into a girl. After you get your 
fortune, you can enter Shecola. Don't worry about talking to everyone. Go 
to the upper left of the castle and enter the door. Climb the stairs to 
meet the Queen. She will upgrade your yoyo and give you the Shooting 
Star! If your hearts fall below six, it will turn back into the yoyo. Now 
go down the stairs and to the upper right to talk to the head warrior. 
She tells you to jump 10 times and shout Abracadabra! at the tunnel end. 
Leave and have the fortune teller change you back. Now leave the area and 
head west across the sand to reach the next tunnel.

West Tunnel
------------------------------------------------------------------------
When you enter, jump on the switch ten times to make a path appear. Go to 
the next room and get the two double hearts. Go left and jump across the 
block and kill the octopi. Defeat them all and enter the room to the 
south. Defeat all of the octopi and head left. Jump across the holes and 
defeat the mudfish. Go further left into the next room and kill the 
octopi and mudfish. When you defeat all of them, the door will open. The 
exit is on the other side. 

Go to the rocks and search for a secret passage in the center. Go through 
and into the hut to meet Po, the poet. Now go south and enter the tunnel.

Hermit's Mountain
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go up and defeat the four snakes to open the passage to the right. Defeat 
the skulls in the next room and move on to the right. In the next room, 
defeat the skull headed birds and continue further to the right. The 
white blocks in the next room will submerge when you step on them. Time 
your jumps to follow behind the skull and jump around the blocks and jump 
on the first green one to the right to make a switch appear in the middle 
of them. Jump to it to open the door. Kill the skull from here and jump 
to the next room. Jump on the top and right blocks to make two switches 
appear. Hop on the top one to open the door. The other looks out of 
reach, but if you jump at it, another block will mysteriously rise out of 
the water. Hop on the switch to open the chest and get the bolas. Now go 
to the next room and go down the stairs. Go right and in the next room, 
jump across more submerging blocks. Watch out for the enemies that jump 
out of the lava. Hit them heavy and fast. Of the first two blocks you 
see, jump on the bottom one.  Now jump on the switch that appears and go 
to the next room. Here you need to defeat the fly and the lava monster to 
open the door. In the next room, jump across the submerging blocks and to 
the left block to trigger a double heart to appear. Try to jump across to 
get the stopwatch when a block is under the hearts. Get them and go to 
the next room. Jump on the left block to make a switch appear. Hop on the 
switch and then kill the skull with some bolas from a distance. Do not go 
through the door at the top of the room. Instead time your jumps with the 
submerging blocks to get to the green block on the left side of the room. 
Hit the switch and go into the room on the left to get a double heart and 
a potion. Now go back into the last room and do the same on the right 
side of the room. Hit the switch and go into the room to the right. Kill 
three enemies in this room to open a passage to the right. Go through and 
be careful with the eyeballs. If you hit them, they will quickly fly back 
and forth between walls. Use a bola to hit them from a distance, and then 
use your yoyo from the side when they go by. Now go through the door that 
opens when you defeat them and go up the stairs. You are now on the top 
level of the mountain. Go up one room and jump for the block on the left. 
When you get it, water monsters will pop up and spit water at you. Go for 
the switch and head for the next room.  Now you will face the first of 
the toughest monsters in this tunnel. Hit it fast and run, or if you have 
the Shooting Star, hit it from a distance. Defeat it and then jump on the 
block. Hop on the switch that appears and go to the next room. Defeat the 
eyeball and then go to the room above. Defeat another of the purple 
monsters and then go to the new passage to the right. There are four 
blocks in the next room. Two make switches appear and the other two are 
the switches. Hit the one that makes the door to the right open and go 
through it. Destroy the ugly purple monster in the next room and go 
south. Destroy the snake and then search the left wall for a passage. In 
the next room, jump on the geyser. It will shoot you to the top of the 
mountain to once again meet your old buddy Po.

Po will give you the scroll to save Princess Bananette. Mike will then 
run nonstop back to Miracola. The scroll will awake the princess and then 
the villagers will fix Sub-C. Board the sub and it's on to the next 
chapter.

Chapter 4: Confession
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go to the right and port at the island shaped like a fish. Go into the 
hut and talk to the citizens of Tunacola to find out that someone from C-
Island was looking for you. Now get back on the sub and head right until 
and whale comes out of the water and swallows you. Go left two screens 
and you will find the person that was looking for you. Port and talk to 
him to find out that it's Baboo, Dr. J's assistant. You must find his 
lighter to escape. Reboard the sub and go up to the right of Baboo. Now 
go right, up, right, down on the next screen, right on the next screen, 
and then north to the top and submerge. Now go up, all the way to the 
left, down and then to the left. Submerge on the waves and then go up, 
left, up, all the way to the left, down, right, and then down. Look for a 
passage to the enclosed area and head down to port. Follow the path all 
the way around to get the lighter. Now head back to Baboo by taking the 
first submerging waves to the north and then go down. Now you will build 
a fire and the whale will spit you out. Baboo will tell you that a 
spaceship abducted Dr. J and that he left a message to dip your letter in 
water. (That's the letter that came with the game.) If you don't have it, 
the number is 747. Input it in Sub-C's computer to track Dr. J and then 
continue on to the next chapter.

Chapter 5: Captain Bell
========================================================================
Head left, dock, and enter the village of Bellcola. Talk to everyone and 
then to the guard in front of the hut. Talk to Chief Bellcola who has 
received a message from C-Island for you. The message is the secret of 
the strait. He says it's not easy to open the passage, and that you will 
need Peter's help. Leave the village and go left through the little 
passage. At the end of the passage is Peter, but he won't help you 
without a gift. Follow the edge of the island to the right and down until 
you find a wavy area where you can submerge. When you come up, go up and 
submerge again. Go up and look for the splashing water off of the rocks. 
Go through a passage there and dock. Go into the hut to the north and 
talk to the fisherman, Hook. He will give you a worm. Now go back and 
give the worm to Peter. (Since when do parrots eat worms?????) He now 
will give you the code for the ship entrance: Do Mi So Fa Do Mi. Now go 
back to where you docked to get the worm. Go south to the dead end in the 
rocks. Go left to find a secret passage. Follow it to the end to find 
Captain Bell's memorial. Step on the keys in this order, 1, 3, 5, 4, 1, 
3. Now the passage will open. Take the stairs and go south. Take the 
first stairs to the right. The room may look like a dead end, but there 
is a secret passage in the lower left of the room. On the other side is a 
Big Heart. Exit the room and head south and out to a beach. Follow to the 
left and up to get to the tunnel.

Captain Bell's Cave
------------------------------------------------------------------------
In the entrance, go down into the little area between where you came in 
and the wall. Go right to find two double hearts. Now go back and up to 
the next room. Try to hit the red bats. One of them is the key to open 
the door. Now go left to the next room. When you start to jump across the 
blocks in this room, they will start to fall halfway across. At the end, 
quickly jump up to the single block to trigger a switch. Jump down and 
hop on it to open the door. Quickly jump through it. Now quickly run 
through this room to dodge the spears that come out of the wall. Now 
quickly run and jump on the block to your left. Run further left and 
stand between the spike blocks. Run again and jump on the switch and now 
go to the next room. Here, hit the first block and then stand next to the 
black ball floating in the middle of the room. Hit it and it will move 
back and forth. Jump over it when it comes at you and hop on the switch. 
Go to the next room and go south first. Defeat the snakes and bat to get 
a 1-up sign. The room to the left contains a double heart. Quickly jump 
across the blocks to avoid the spears and jump on the far left block. Now 
go back right to hop on the switch and leave the room. Finally, take the 
north route. Defeat the rat and go straight up to fall down an invisible 
hole. Go up the lower right stairs and walk up next to the wall. Now go 
through the secret passage in the part of the wall that first goes 
further left. Now go left one, down one, and left again through another 
secret wall. The passage opens in the next room when you defeat the bat, 
but you might want to save some trouble and get the snakes too. Just go 
through the left door in the next room. The next room is full of blocks 
and they fall in a spiral pattern. Dodge the bats and hop all of the way 
to the left. Jump on the lower left block to make a switch appear. Hop on 
it and continue left. There is a large boulder rolling back and forth in 
the next room. One touch is instant death. Hide in the crevices in the 
wall to avoid it and move to the left. There are two blocks at the end. 
The top one makes a switch appear, and the bottom makes a Magic Mirror 
appear. Hit the switch to open a door and get the Mirror. In the next 
room, use the mirrors to defeat the Pirate Skeletons. Defeat the snake to 
open the next room. There are three doors and four balls in this room. 
Hit the first one, grab the Rod of Sight, and jump over it when it comes 
back. Now go down, hit the bottom one and jump it. Hop on the left block 
and then the switch that appears to open the bottom door. Enter it and 
defeat the bat and snakes to open another passage. In the next room are 
three dodos. Defeat them and enter the next room to find another large 
boulder. Quickly jump up on the block to trigger a switch. Now dodge it 
and head left to jump on the switch. In the next room is just a block. 
Jump on it and hit the switch. In the next room are a bunch of bats. Time 
your jumps across the blocks to avoid them and get to the next room. 
Avoid the purple monsters and jump on the block to the right. Now hit the 
switch and go into the new passage that appears. There are two blocks in 
the next room that do things. The bottom one on the right makes a switch 
appear and the top one on the left makes a baseball bat appear. Get the 
bat and hit the switch. Go through the passage to once again reach the 
room with the four iron balls. Hit the one next to you and get another 
Rod of Sight. Jump it and go north. Hit the top one and jump it. Hop on 
the left block and then the switch that appears and go north. Quickly 
jump up so you don't fall in the water. Now hit the switch that appears. 
Use the next submerging blocks to jump on the two green blocks to make 
two double hearts appear. Get them but be careful of the submerging 
blocks. Now go back to the room with the two purple monsters and use a 
Rod of Sight to make a ghost appear. Defeat it and a passage to the left 
appears. Go into it and hit the two iron balls so that you can jump over 
them without getting hit. Hop on the upper left block and then on the 
switch that appears. Now go left again. Head left and hop on the blocks 
while trying to avoid the wooden stakes popping out of the ground. Now 
hop on the switch and get the double heart and go to the next room. 
Quickly run left to avoid the stake that comes after you. Spears now will 
start shooting. Quickly jump on the submerging block and across and keep 
running. Jump on the next block to make a switch appear. Now hop on it 
and go to the next room. The next room is tricky because the boulder 
moves non stop. You will need to hit it with your weapon to stop it for a 
sec and run. Get to the end and jump on the two blocks. Freeze the 
boulder and hit the switch. Now go up and get the Mirrors and then freeze 
it again and exit to the left. Quickly equip the mirrors and defeat the 
Pirate Skeletons with them. Now use your weapon to defeat the snakes from 
across the pit to open the door. Go right immediately to move through a 
secret passage in this room. Now go all the way up and left to go through 
another passage. Jump on the block three times to drain the water and 
finish the tunnel.

Now Captain Bell's ship will sink and the Sub-C will sail on.

Chapter 6: Reunion

Go right and look for the splashing water by the island. Go through the 
secret passage and then dock the boat. Go to the hut and you will be at 
the village of Howduyadu-Cola. Get back on to find out that Dr. J is 
nearby. Now go northwest until you find a submerge wave. Submerge and 
when you surface, you will see three submerge areas. Take the bottom one. 
When you surface, dock the boat and go down the stairs. Inside is an 
apple that does nothing. Now go back and submerge. Now take the right 
submerge passage and then go down and dock. Go down the stairs to get the 
Big Heart. Leave and head right to find another island. Dock and enter 
the hut to find a skeleton. Go south and look for a secret passage at the 
bottom of the island to the right. Use the second submerge wave from the 
left. Go down and use the bottom submerge wave. Now go down and left and 
submerge again. No go up and to the left and look for the splashing water 
on the coast. Go through the secret passage and go to where Nav-Com says 
until the signal stops. Submerge to go underwater. Follow the path to the 
darkness. Go up three screens to reach the ruins. Go all the way right 
and up to reach the tunnel.

Turboss Caverns
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go up one screen and defeat the snakes. Get the Winged Anklet to jump 
further. Jump to the blocks and then hop on the switches to get two 
double hearts. Destroy all of the mummies in the next room and go left. 
Go down and jump left across all of the blocks to get the Winged Anklet. 
Jump back two and then up. Kill the octopus to your left and jump right 
twice. Now jump up and kill another octopus. Now jump left, down, and 
left and kill another one. Jump right, up, right, and down. Now jump left 
three times and then up. Now go left twice and hit the octopus. Now jump 
back right so you can jump down next to the next octopus. Kill it and 
jump left, up, left twice, kill the octopus, and jump down. Now go to the 
next room to your left. Now time your jumps on the submerging blocks to 
land in the hole between the mummies. Walk between them until you can hit 
the switch and open the chest. Jump out and get the double hearts and 
defeat the mummies from there. Once you beat them, the door to the top of 
the room will open. Jump across the submerging block and into the room. 
Defeat the nautilus in the next room to open the next door. The boss is 
in the next room.

Giant Turboss
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Turboss will move back and forth across the screen and shoot 
projectiles at you. Jump back and forth to avoid them and after a few 
seconds, a Winged Anklet will appear. Get it and you can jump to the far 
blocks. Wait until the boss moves in and hit it with a barrage of hits. 
About three barrages from your Shooting Star will do it in. Exit to the 
left to begin the second half of this tunnel.

Hop on the block and hit the switch that appears. Kill the nautilus' in 
the next room and go up. First go through a secret passage in the lower 
left of the corner. Walk left until you stop and jump left to make a 
switch appear. Hit it to open the door. Go back through the passage. Go 
to the top of the room and through the secret passage in the upper left 
corner. This room is dark. Get the Winged Anklet and move left until you 
stop. Jump left to make a switch appear. Now jump right and down to turn 
the lights on. Now jump left on the switch and get the double heart that 
appears. Jump down to make another switch appear and jump left twice to 
hit the switch. Get the Baseballs that appear. Now go through the door at 
the top of the room. Get the Spiked Shoes in the next room and use them 
to kill all of the squids. Go to the room that opens and use your Spiked 
Shoes to defeat the two nautilus'. Now go around to the top and jump on 
the far left block to make a Winged Anklet appear at the bottom. Get it 
and jump across the middle while watching out for the volcanoes shots. 
Grab the double heart and when you get to the other side, use the spiked 
shoes again to kill the next two nautilus' to open the door. The next 
room is full of blocks and mummies. Hop around and attack the mummies 
with hit and run tactics. In the next room are a couple snakes. Defeat 
them and move on. Next is another boss.

Broken Joe
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Do not approach Joe while he is still part of the wall, you will be 
killed instantly. Wait until he breaks off and moves around. Jump over 
the wraps he spits at you and fire Baseballs in his mouth. About 10-12 
shots will take him down. Now go up two screens to exit the tunnel.

Now when you get out, walk to the right two screens and take the second 
entrance up. Take the left path through the lake and go down the stairs 
to get a Big Heart. Go back to the first screen and walk north. Take the 
first right and then go up on the next screen. You will now come to a 
meteor. Go north to reach the next tunnel.

The Big Rock Tunnel
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Walk right at the entrance and walk through the wall. Hop on the third 
block from the bottom and then the switch that appears. Go up to the next 
screen, defeat the rats and collect the double heart. Avoid the knifes 
that come out of the floor in the next room and defeat the bats. Go north 
to the next room and then jump to the center and get the Asterisks. Use 
them to defeat the snakes and continue to the north. Use the asterisks to 
defeat the bats. Now hit the spiky ball with your weapon and jump over 
it. Now go to the next room and kill the flies. Go left when you beat the 
enemies and get the two double hearts. Now go back and hop on the second 
block from the left to make a switch appear. Hop on it and go north. 
Defeat all of the bats and go north another room. Avoid the little 
fuzzballs floating around the room and defeat the little purple monsters. 
If you're touched by the fuzz, you can't attack. When the monsters are 
defeated, go left. When you first enter the room, go straight up and jump 
to the next screen. Walk left and then jump back down. Get the double 
heart and then walk to the point parallel to the double heart on the 
other side of the wall. Walk through the wall and get it. Now hop on the 
block and then on the switch to open the door. Go through the next room. 
You will need to use your asterisks to hit the enemy while staying away 
from it. If it lines up with you, it will shoot projectiles in all four 
directions. If you run out of asterisks, use your weapon but be careful. 
When you beat it a block will appear. Jump on it to make a 1-up Sign 
appear. Get it and walk north to the next screen. The three blocks on the 
bottom right, and the third one on the top make a switch, two double 
hearts, and asterisks appear. Get the items and jump on the switch to 
open the door. In the next room, use asterisks to hit the first two 
snakes from the side without hitting the spiky ball. Now hit the spiky 
ball and use the asterisks again to hit the top snakes. Now jump the 
spiky ball and head north. The rock enemies in this room are invisible 
and only flash when they walk. They shoot projectiles when they appear. 
Defeat two of them to open the door. The next room is full of flies. 
Defeat them and jump on the far left and right blocks to make a double 
heart and an asterisk appear. Get them and head north. You will have to 
defeat four of the rock monsters in the next room. Get the two double 
hearts and go north again. Now you will have to fight a pink rock 
monster. In the next room to the north are four pink rock monsters and 
two fuzzes. Dodge them all and search the middle of the left wall for a 
secret passage. When you find it, walk to the bottom of the next room and 
jump down. Get the potion and jump on the two blocks. Get the asterisk 
and jump on the switch to open the door. Now you will have to deal with 
two of the minibosses that shoot projectiles in all directions. Try to 
save your asterisks and use hit and run tactics. In the next room is a 
single block. Jump on it and then on the switch that appears. Go into the 
door that opens and the lights will turn off. Take four steps up and then 
go left into a secret passage. Go down and jump down one block and then 
left two blocks to make a switch appear. Hop on the switch to open the 
chest and get some asterisks. Now go north to face the Twin Sumocho!

Boss: Twin Sumocho
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The twins are in the upper corners of the room and they shoot fire at 
you. The best way to beat them is to throw asterisks from the bottom of 
the room and split them when they are between the twins. This way, you 
can hit them both at once. Aim for their heads and after about 9-10 hits, 
they will go down. Now jump up to the door that opens to find the exit. 

This part is pretty linear. Just follow the path around to find Dr. J. 
Dr. J will tell you how he found the meteor with a code on it. He worked 
on decrypting it and discovered a story. On a far away planet called 
Argonia, the Argonians battled a race of evil aliens. They all but lost 
and as a last resort, sent their last escape pod to Earth. The meteor you 
saw earlier was the pod. The pod contained three magic cubes. The aliens 
chased the pod to Earth and kidnapped Dr. J to get at them. Agree to go 
to the alien spaceship and get the cubes back. To the north are stairs 
that lead out of the ruins. Walk north to start the next chapter.

Chapter 7: Alien Spaceship

Walk north to board the spaceship.

Alien Spaceship pt. 1
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Walk north to the first room. Get the quad heart and dodge the shots from 
the turrets. Jump north to the next screen and quickly attack the 
henchman. Go north to the next screen and destroy the two turrets. Get 
the Vitamin X and then jump to the block above the top turret and attack 
the wall above it to open a secret room. Enter and get some Spiked Shoes. 
Leave and jump to the right. Continue right and defeat more of the 
henchmen until you can go down. Defeat more henchmen and then jump to the 
left across the blocks. Get the Laser and jump further left to get to a 
teleporter. Defeat the two henchmen and jump over to the narrow ledge. 
Follow it aroudd the top of the screen until you find the turret. Destroy 
it and then attack the wall behind it to the top of the screen to find a 
secret room. Enter and get another Vitamin X. Leave and follow the narrow 
path all the way down. Defeat the henchmen and walk left. Get the quad 
heart. Jump down and walk to the left. Jump across the blocks to the left 
while watching out for the turrets and the flying henchman. Use the 
teleporter at the end. Get on the next transporter and then go left. Walk 
left to meet the bosses.

Jet Pack Jumpers
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Get the Winged Anklet so you can jump between the blocks. First use any 
Spiked Shoes to attack the bosses and the turret. Then use your Laser 
Guns to attack the bosses. Jump back and forth between the blocks and 
shoot the Jumpers when you can. When they are defeated, go into the door 
that opens to leave the tunnel.

Walk around the wall and take the stairs to the exact right of where you 
first appeared in the level. Now follow the path around to another set of 
stairs. Take the stairs in the lower right of the room and then follow 
the path around to get the first Magic Cube. When you get it, your 
Shooting Star now will turn into the ultimate weapon: the Super Nova! Now 
go behind it to reach the next tunnel.

Alien Spaceship pt 2
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Go north and get the two quad hearts. Walk right and only destroy the 
henchmen you need to and avoid the rest. Move to the next screen. Dodge 
the moving turret at top and destroy the henchman. Get the quad heart and 
move to the next screen. Destroy the two henchman and destroy the wall at 
the top of the room. Enter and get a Potion. Exit and destroy the 
henchmen again. Now walk right to the next screen. Run past the two 
moving turrets and jump to the blocks. Defeat the henchman and jump 
across to the platform. Destroy the moving turret and jump to its 
platform. In the next room is a hole that spiked balls shoot out of. 
Dodge them by jumping to the blocks to the side. Get the Laser from the 
first one and then get the quad hearts from the upper right corner. 
Destroy the henchman and then go to the next room. You will now appear in 
a room with four moving turrets. Destroy them to open the next room. 
Enter it and avoid the flying robots. Jump to the single block at the top 
and enter the room. Get the Super Laser and exit. Jump to the right to 
reach the next room. Destroy the henchman and jump over to get Vitamin X. 
Continue around and dodge the spiked balls. Get the Laser and then jump 
right to the next room. Try to destroy the robots and dodge the lightning 
that shoots across the screen. Jump to the other side and then to then 
next room. Destroy the three henchmen and then go for the door that 
opens. Lightning shoots across the screen, so avoid it while going for 
the door. Now destroy the three robots and get the Super Laser and the 
quad heart. Go up to fight a boss.

Jet Pack Jumper
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now you must fight a single large robot. If you have the Super Nova, try 
to attack it head on and then jump out of the way when it gets close. 
Once you lose it, use the Super Laser. Trick it into coming at you and 
then jump onto a block on either side of it and shoot it. 

When the Jumper is destroyed, jump to the top of the screen and shoot the 
back wall to open a secret room. Don't enter it, there is nothing in it. 
Now head to the right. The next room has two spiky ball shooters, a quad 
heart, a henchman, and a Laser. Go to the top of the screen and shoot at 
the top wall to open a secret room. Enter to get a Super Laser. Jump 
across the blocks in the next room and try to dodge the flying robots. 
Get the two quad hearts and watch out for the two blocks that are divided 
into four because they open up. Now in the next room are hot spots that 
move across the floor and do major damage. Jump back and forth between 
the three levels and move to the next room to fight another boss.

Boss: Ostroid
------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Ostroid is heavily armored, so you can't defeat it by normal means. 
Hit it so it backs up past the switch. Hop on the switch to make another 
one appear next to the door. Run back and hop on it to make the far right 
part of the platform fall. Now hit it so it backs up into the pit. It 
sounds easy, but if you touch the Ostroid, it's instant death. Also you 
need to be good at avoiding it's shots. 

Now jump across the blocks to exit the tunnel. Go right and follow the 
path around until it goes up. Now go right and take the top path to a 
stairway. Take it and then enter another stairway. Take the top path to 
another stairway. To up to another set of stairs. When you exit, go into 
another set of stairs. Climb yet another set of stairs and then go south 
to find the second Magic Cube. Now your life level will fully increase. 
The spaceship now shakes and takes flight. You don't have much time left 
to get the last cube.

Chapter 8: Final Battle

Walk north and you will be confronted by the evil alien, Zoda. After he 
leaves, head north to enter the final tunnel.

The Control Center

To start the tunnel off, you have to deal with a boss.

------------------------------------------------------------------------
Zoda Form 1
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Zoda's first form is a skull that floats around. When it disappears, 
deadly claws move across the screen. Quickly move up at the start and 
grab the Laser Gun and then run to the left to avoid the claw. Run away 
from the claws until the skull appears. Shoot rapidly at it and jump over 
the eyeballs it shoots. Repeat this and eventually the skull will explode 
and then you will see Zoda's true form before he runs away. A doorway to 
the left will open.

Go through the doorway and grab the Vitamin X. When you have the Super 
Nova, destroy the henchmen. Walk to the left and climb down the ladders. 
Jump to the next screen and shoot the sniper to the left. Now climb down 
the ladders and run to your left. There is a hole that opens and henchmen 
jump out. Dodge the snipers and jump across the hole when it is closed. 
Take care of any henchmen and run left to the next screen. On this screen 
is the core of the ship. There are four holes that open in this room. The 
two in front of the core shoot our henchmen, and the corner ones shoot 
spiked balls. Try to jump on the ones in front of the core when it's open 
and shoot at it. When it closes, it starts to heal, so hit it fast and 
hard. If you fall down one of the holes, you will appear in a room with a 
bunch of henchmen, Vitamin X, and a Laser Gun. Fight your way out and 
back to the Core. When you finally destroy the core, the ship goes dark. 
Head left and grab the quad heart and the Laser Gun. Little spiders come 
down from the top of the screen. Destroy them and head up three screens. 
It's time for the final battle.

Zoda: Final Form
------------------------------------------------------------------------
First of all, you better have your hit and run tactics down pat, because 
if Zoda touches you even once, instant death! Zoda will jump around the 
room and release spiders. He will also shoot projectiles at you. Run from 
him and try to nail him with the Super Nova from a distance. Keep nailing 
him and avoiding the projectiles. As the fight goes on, Zoda will start 
turning a darker shade of red. As he turns, he will fight harder. Keep 
nailing him and finally, victory is yours.

In this last part, just follow the maze around to find the final Magic 
Cube. I won't tell you what happens from here, so enjoy the ending.
