KoF R-2 -- Skills Faq

Introduction->
Those of you who own a neogeo pocket color probably also own this game. It's 
been out for a bit, since March 19, 1999, so I guess all of these skills are 
already well known. I'm compiling them here for posterity's sake. Of course 
nothing here is copyrighted. Take it, make it better, and by all means, give 
it back to me. If you find any skills not listed here, tell me about them.

A note on the skills->
They can all be obtained via Making mode, in which you chose a character and 
build it by fighting. Kind of like a virtual pet. I got these skills first 
using Iori, and then later, Orochi Chris. I believe there are over two 
hundred skills to acquire, and less than 30 that you would actually want.
