This is a guide to beat all the bosses in the game. It has strategies as
well as the reccomended level. It may contain spoilers, so only use it if
you're really in a jam.

Saline Slimer
Level: 11-12

This guy recovers HP at the end of each round, so you'll need to do a lot
of damage quickly. In the first round, have Alex use Vigor, Luna use
Cascade Song on Ramus, and Nash and Ramus defend. After that, have Alex
use Sword Dance every round and Luna heal when needed. Have Nash use
Thunder Bomb frequently to do a lot of damage and Ramus attack every
round. If the Slimer catches you in a slime bubble, you won't be able to
fight for a few rounds. Finish him off quickly to prevent this from
happening.

Water Dragon
Level: 15-16

Before you enter this battle, move everyone back as far as they can go.
This way, you'll be out of range of his fire attack. Have Ramus use
healing items when nessesary and attack (if you equipped him with a bow).
Have Luna concentrate on healing, and have Alex use Vigor, followed by
Sword Dance at each turn.

Truffle Troubler
Level: 17-18

This guy is tough because you can't use items. Have Alex just use Sword
Dance. Don't bother with Vigor, it drains more MP than you can spare. If
you run out of MP, just keep attacking. Have Luna use Cascade Song the
first round to increase the amount of damage Alex does. After a few tries
you should get him.

DragonMaster Zoc
Level: 19-20

This guy doesn't do much damage, except with one attack. Have Nash use
Thunder Bomb, Alex use Vigor in the first round, Luna use Cascade Song on
Jessica, and Jessica defend. For the rest of the fight, have Alex use
Sword Dance and Nash use Thunder Bomb, and Jessica and Luna heal. Spread
out your team to prevent taking too much damage from his stomp attack.

Vile Crustacean
Level: 22-25

This guy is a toughie. Only Alex's sword Techs do any real damage. Have
him use Vigor, and then Sword Dance every turn after that. You may want
to equip the Angel Ring on him that you found in the Crystal Tower, in
case he gets bopped. Use a Star Light on him if he runs low on MP. Have
Mia and Nash use their best spells to do slight damage. Have Jessica heal
anyone who's injured. Mia should also cast Ice Shell on everyone to
reduce the damage they take.

Plaster Mel
Level: 23-25

Be sure Kyle has some good healing items before you try to leave the
forest, because this guy will attack and Kyle has to face him alone. Cast
Power Up the first turn, and then use Power Slash on him. If he gets
close, use Power Sweep to inflict a good amount of damage. Use a Star
Light and some Healing Nuts as needed.

Bronze Dogs
Level: 24-26

Have Alex use Vigor and then Sword Dance, as always. Have Kyle use Power
Up and then Power Slash and Power Sweep. Have Mia use her Ice spells to
inflict a lot of damage on them. Have Nash use his spells to do a good
amount of damage, and have Jessica heal.

Black Dragon

Level: 28-30

Have alex use the Vigor/Sword Dance combo, as he always does. Have Nash
use Thunderbolt, Kyle the Power Up/Power Slash combo, and Tempest use
Flash Arrow. Use Star Lights as needed. Try not to use your Silver Light
unless you absolutely need to. You'll have to use Blue Dragon healing at
least once, I guarantee it. Use items the rest of the time to heal.

Shadow Spectre

Level: 31-33

Have Alex use Vigor/Sword Dance, Kyle use Power Up/Power Slash, Nash use
ThunderBolt, Mia use Ice Shell and Power Drive on anyone that needs it,
and Jessica cast Saint Litany. For the rest of the fight, use everyone's
best attacks.

Magic Masher

Level: 32-34

Have Alex use Vigor/Sword Dance, Kyle use Power Up/Power Slash, Mia use
Flame Bomb and Ice Shell as needed, and Jess cast Saint Litany and heal.
He's not too tough to beat, just try to outlast him.

Magic Emperor

Level: 45-50 (level up a LOT in the Grindery)

Have everyone power up at the beginning with Vigor, Power Up, Ice Shell,
and Saint Litany, and then just nail him with your best spells. You
should prevail if you keep up the assault.

Ghaleon

Level: Doesn't Matter

He won't attack much this time, but after a few rounds he'll unload a
REALLY powerful blast that will kill everyone. You're supposed to lose
this battle, so don't hit Reset once you lose (and fight the Magic
Emperor again. Ugh.).

Royce

Level: 47-52

You'll enter this battle with a few of your characters asleep. Use a Holy
Water and Cleanse Litany to wake them up. Then use Vigor/Sword Dance, Ice
Shell/Ice Lance, Power Up/Power Slash, Saint Litany/Healing, and
Thunderbolt. This is a tough battle, but you should win if you just keep
up your attacks. Don't use up your Silver Lights, because there is a
statue that heals you right after the room you fight in.

Xenobia

Level: 50-55

Xenobia is a tough opponent. She can turn your teammates to stone. To
prevent this, equip Fresh Rings on your team. Use Vigor/Sword Dance (and
maybe Blue Dragon healing if you need to), Thunder Bolt, Power Up/Power
Slash, Saint Litany and healing, and Ice Shell or Flame Bomb. Cast Power
Drive on Alex or Kyle if you have to revive them to keep them in the
fight. Xenobia is really tough, but nothing compared to...

Magic Emperor Ghaleon

Level: 52-99

Ghaleon!!!! This guy is REALLY tough. He'll either get two attacks, two
spells, or one spell and two attacks in each round. Cast Vigor and Power
Up on Alex and Kyle. Then use Saint Litany, and Ice Shell/Power Drive on
everyone. He has no major weakness, so just use your best spells and heal
at EVERY chance. Use Silver Lights when you need them. You may have to
use Blue Dragon Healing once in a while. Don't be afraid to use it. This
guy takes FOREVER to beat. If everyone is fully healed, have Jessica
re-cast Saint Litany. If you don't need to use Saint Litany, defend with
Jessica. Nash should carry the most important items, because he almost
always get the first turn in battle.
