Syndicate kommt als Ego-Shooter zurück. Der Titel wird von Starbreeze (Chronicles of Riddick) entwickelt.

Bestätigt wurde dies in einem schwedischen Forum. Weiterhin ist das Spiel im EA Origin Store zu finden.

In dem stark an Deus Ex erinnernden Shooter übernimmt man die Rolle von Miles Kilo, einem Agenten von Eurocorp. Szenario ist die von Syndikaten regierte Welt des Jahres 2069. Es geht um neue Technologien in Form implantierter Chips, Rache, Verrat und Bestechung.

"No longer governed by politicians, the developed world is divided up into regions controlled by megacorporations known as Syndicates. These Syndicates have revolutionized how the consumer interacts with the digital world. No longer does the consumer require a device to access the world's data and control their technology, they can do this at the blink of an eye via neural chip implant."

Neben den Einzelspieler-Missionen soll es einen Kooperationsmodus für bis zu vier Spieler geben.

Aussagen über die unterstützen Plattformen gibt es noch nicht, doch ist hier stark mit PC, PlayStation 3 und Xbox 360 zu rechnen.
